Fire Eyed Dali

Cameron Bentley currently lives in Portland OR. Before that he lived in Nashville TN. and went back to school for two years and got a certificate in Music Technology and has since continued to work in both recording and engineering music projects.  Cameron has played in several bands in the past, including their first band at age 10, Pure Poison.  After high school Cameron joined the Army for three years where he packed parachutes and jumped out of perfectly good airplanes for his nation.  Then in his early college years where he studied studio art and music, he had a band with his Twin brother Clayton Bentley and cousin Eric Mellencamp, nephew to John Mellencamp, also drummer Keith Warren who is now encumbered with MS.  That early band was called The Buff Boys, then came The Payments, and then Nasscar Poets who had a pretty good run in LA 2000-2001.  Cameron still has a great love for making and writing music and songs and keeps learning as much as he can.  Marilyn Mellencamp was a painter and a big influence for Cameron, when she passed she handed down her easel, brushes and paints to Cameron who thinks of her legacy every time he sits at her easel to paint. He went back to school a third time and got a degree in Digital Media, and now uses those skills in promoting and making music videos.  His recent solo album is out now and he is currently working with his twin brother Clayton Bentley on Fire Eyed Dali, not only a band but an art machine.
